I get labeled hippie all the time and i'm not exactly sure why. I have long hair and I have this sugary sweet voice that always sounds stoned and always has, even before i started smoking weed..those are the only two reasons i can come up with as to why people call me a hippie before they even get to know me.

hippie is a label that could apply to a lot of people that don't consider themselves hippies.

 

Yep, same with a lot of other labels. And of course people can have an aversion against the very thing they righteously are labeled as as well...

 

I'm as hip as a long haired country boy who retired from the military can be!...;-)

 

I like shaving, industrial cities, fashionable clothes, short hair, and money. Neither am I totally averse to violence and inequality. The only hippie thing about me is that I love pussy. Indeed, the Free Love forum is what first brought me here.

 

I don't call myself a hippie, no. I like certain aspects of a 'hippie', but not others. I hate labels anyhow, and just do what is right for me.
