I sold on a number of diffrent levels from the time I was a 14 year old high school kid. Alot of this "advice" seems gleaned from movies and TV not real world experence. Makeing a deal in a car or outside is asking to get popped, keep it indoors. For the most part only wannabes (or real gangsters) and nubes roll straped in the weed game. As to the point other people were makeing about legal guns, in most places the gun stops being legal if you posess it in conjunction with weed and even if that is not the case a prosecuter or judge will throw the book at you if you are armed,even legaly, rather then let you off or give you a slap on the wrist. Also I will say that In about 20years of moving herb I was sucessfully robbed only once and haveing a gun would not have helped me.

A lot of that's bullshit. A little bit is true. And a lot of that is strait out of rap songs and movies. If you pull a gun on someone over pot, you're going to get shot, or just beat to a lifeless pulp with crowbars. People don't like bullshit, like having their lives endangered over a plant.

That sort of life works for a while. And then you go to jail. It's inevitable. If you're a proper dealer, there's no reason to ever get busted or have any enemies. One thing in there that's true is you need people who have your back and go with you if you're selling to people you don't know, but you should try to avoid that ANYWAY....

You're going to go to jail or die, and it will be funny.

You think you're a big shot dealer, living with your parents, and growing under a dozen plants per closet cycle.... And next thing you know, you're on spike's "DEA", and they have a battering ram against your door because you don't know how to keep your mouth shut or who to sell to or how to sell to them.

*edit* if you've been jacked, you should know how silly this all is. So have I, and I realized what a fucking idiot I was being. You are the company you keep, if there's a problem with the company or how you find the company, don't get a gun, fix the problem.

The problem is that you're assuming you're dealing with that kind of people. Yeah, you should probably have a gun, but it doesn't have anything to do with being a dealer, and you should NOT (especially at your age or in your situations) be carrying a gun around. And when I say you should have a gun, I mean when you're even OLD ENOUGH to have a gun, and a legal gun.

Be ready for anything, but if you think everyone's trying to jack you and that you're cool for going strapped, you're going to end up killing someone who didn't do anything, or getting killed by someone who didn't PLAN to do anything.

The whole thing is just silly and wannabe "G". Rethink your shit.
