help quick what should i do???

ok so here the thing, i had an ooold puter with me on it i bught an xpdisc and installed the puter died bought new with vista said dont want vista put xp on it so they took the vista license put my xp on i recently had probs so i sent disc with was told it was just an upgrade i new better but didnt think much of it now having issues again the problem is same folks run the lan im on i think they stole my xp disc and made me dependant on them i still have the box and code how can i tell if the disc matches the code?
a dude is supposed to come tomorow to figure my issues but now that it hit me im kinda pissed!

ya that may not sound to coherent i know i bought the new puter when vista first came out and this LAN started but i think they screwd me then and not verey happy about the way they do buss.
it just seems like the same old prob./solution and they screwd me out of my disc??!!

 

Put the disc in. Click on: My Computer. Then click on: CD-RW Drive (D). It should show what files are on the disc. I've never looked at an operating system disc, so I'm not sure if this helps you. Good luck!
