    That is a good question...if you would have asked me that ten years ago I would have said Janis Joplin and getting the hell out of Polk County (where I grew up). Now I live in Miami and I can't say that I am a fanatic about anything. Maybe that is what's wrong with my life.

    i'm the same way. although i'm not sure i attribute it to my attention span; it's just that when i'm into something it's pretty much the only thing on my mind for a month or more at a time, so i'm bound to get burnt out on it pretty quickly.

    i've actually been kind of between interests for a few months now. i'm sure i'll have a new temporary obsession pretty soon.

    I am very fanatic about reading... especially classic literature like Dostoyevsky, Dickens, Austen, Herman Hesse, Thomas Mann and Ambrose Bierce

    this too. not so much the physical act of it; although thats certainly fun, but the idea of what psychedelics could possibly mean to the human brain, to human culture, and to human evolution. its fascinating

    Meliai, I love that tree photo. My obsessions change a lot, but these are the most consistent: animal rights, reading, horror movies (being scared vicariously), Barbie dolls,Elton John, Alabama, Crystal Gayle and bats.
