Key West: Naked Man on LSD Tased Three Times

    Claiming he was "made of steel" and the "king of the world", Richard Gervasi, 43, of Phoenixville, Pa., was tased three times after running into traffic on Hwy 1 in Key West. Gervasi had allegedly been drinking and taken LSD before police arrested him and took him away to a medical center for evaluation. Sounds like quite the trip...

    Funny thing is, when you are at the "king of the world" stage on LSD, you can do amazing things if you can focus your thoughts/awareness. I know from experience...

    At that point a whole range of possibilities open up that are not available to normal consciousness. But beware the karmic consequences of your thoughts and intent...

    LOL I love all the acid heads in denial whenever there is a bad LSD story, story is kind of funny tho.

    We had a burner/rave type party at this secluded house get shut down once cause some dude ate a bunch of acid stripped and then ran off site onto like the main streets, he ended up bringing cops back with him. :(

    Not in denial, just that alcohol is more likely the main catalyst in this guys escapades rather than the LSD.

    I don't think so. PCP doesn't make you feel like King of the World. Maybe #1 paranoid person in the world, but not King or made of steel... LSD+alcohol would.

    Sweet Mother of God!! Would that bring you down off a heavy acid trip or just spin you wildly out of control. I can't even imagine getting tazed trippin. I've seen people on bummer's, never had a bad one but I've seen em - and this has to be one of the the all time greats.

    Wow, there's actually someone else in this town who knows what LSD is? (although he was in Florida at the time) Phoenixville must be the driest, most un-psychedelic town on the east coast. I'm pretty sure I account for 99.9% of the psychedelic use here (don't know where the 0.01% comes from, it's just a discrepancy)...

    Anyway, jackass... (but maybe he'll bring some back with him?)

    LSD ≠ PCP

    It gives people on PCP insane strength and it causes psychosis. Tased three times, naked, walking through traffic, attacking the cops-sounds like PCP more likely than not.

    Anyway, the media will have a ball with this one like they've had with so many others.

    I dunno, it all sounds very plausible with the combo of alcohol and LSD. I act strange and ridiculous and do embarrassing things on alcohol, I could only imagine how messy I'd get if I threw in the perception shift and energy/strength of LSD... plus, who knows if this guy wasn't already a little sweet in the head? I mean, judging by his picture...

    I'll look him up and ask him when he gets back lol

    Words to live by bro!

    I've been known to mix a few dozen ounces of beer with a few hundred micrograms of LSD. But I wouldn't want to be around a full-blown drunk, peaking on acid. Potentially a major bummer...
