Sick and tired of being sick and tired

    I am having a big problem with my Drs. Have had 8 Orthopedic ops. in the last 3 yrs. Can't get enough pain meds to help. Anyone have any suggestions?

    pain meds have not helped me much. yoga helps more. takes a couple months of every night yoga...i use larry payne's book 'yoga rx'. i will not let the surgeons touch me...i do not trust the medical industrial complex any more than the other profit conglomerates.

    sorry to hear that you are in so much pain

    it's funny, I just recommended acupuncture to someone about two seconds ago

    I tend to recommend it frequently, but it's especially helpful for treating pain. can be expensive though, you may want to check out a student clinic

    there's a qi gong grandmaster who got into a car accident, was in incredible pain. he claims that his very disciplined qi gong practice restored him to full functioning
