I saw this when I was looking for something else. I must admit it gave me a chuckle until I thought about it.

It might not be such a bad idea. :)

Maybe a to do list then would be perfect on a post it. You could lose it and then just goof off. :)

My post it's never stay stuck long, they always seem to fall off.

If you use a post-it, just write large if you don't want to do much.

i never use post-its because after i post it i will probably never even notice it's there again. i will always look right through it.

do you guys make to-do lists?
i know people with some crazy to-do lists... long, or complex, or just strange...

i write my to-do stuff on a big white-board on the back of my front door.
but i don't put 'do laundry' or 'get groceries' or things like that on the board - only unusual or work-related things.

only for employees. it's easier than following them around telling them exactly what to do every 2 minutes.

Oh my god, I know what you mean. But I'm no good at to-do lists, so I just look up periodically and if they've got their phone out, I give them something else to do. Or make them do my bitch work. Yeeeeaaaah shift management! lol

I can't tell if you are advocating for her to make them do it, or to not make them do it.

I LOVE post-its...but I've become one of those cool smart phone people, so I have something on my phone that constantly reminds me of the crap I've gotta do in my day

I don't like post it notes of things "to do." They always try to intimidate me, but I don't let them.
