it's legal here in canada so no law stuff. anybody here sell peyote or know a place where i can buy it?
not in canada. i know a place where you can get plenty of em in the US. but you have to be 1/4 native american and a card-carrying member of the NAC.
There's some ethnobotanical shops in Montreal I've seen with peyote. Really expensive peyote. Get seeds and grow your own.
Only problem there is that the peyote cactus is a very, very slow grower. So for a long term investment, great, but you will need an alternate hookup if you want to try it before then. Ask around, maybe someone would trade you one for something, I know there are some people on this forum, and on other forums, that grow them. A few live in Canada, I think.
you obviously put no effort into searching for these at all. I went to google typed in "peyote canada" and came up with a site in 1 minute.
Yes please use google, it is your friend. I have found a n good vender of it. and they are usually in stock. Just look around.
im afradi YOU are the one who made no effort try looking up "[the site you found] scam" and enjoy your 10 million hits the ones that aren't scams 1) do not ship to canada (even they're a hit of "buy peyote canada") 2) have none in stock
well I didn't see cerbeus was out of stock but that's who I was referring to. when I made the statement I was thinking of a vendor in canada who is no longer aorund. there are vendors in the UK that ship america so I don't see why they wouldn't ship to canada. look harder man they are out there by the boatload.
crosstown traffic in ottawa stocks [relatively] lots. it's not cheap though - about $80 for a mature specimen. it's up to you if the trip out is worth it (which it absolutely is...). in any case, if you do get your hands on it be sure to treat this plant with the respect it deserves.
ebay. they should still have auctions that ship anywhere. don't type in peyote, they disguise the auctions by intentionally calling it the wrong name. try and Ebay search for each of these till you find it : ariocarpus, texensis, lewenii, khoeresii, diffusa, astrophytum.
There's a website here www.peyote51.com that I hear is pretty reliable (I never ordered from it). The guy that runs it is based in the UK I want to say.
ebay is the best bet. search one of the names of a cactus type other than peyote look at the pictures and find the one that looks nothing like that actual cactus and looks like peyote
Why would you rock the boat like that by posting this on a public forum? Are you trying to fucking ruin it for everybody? :bobby:
He's a canook. It's not a legal issue there . If you are a cool cat , you can get them in the states. I have. I have loph Var. caespitosa that are fucking huge. Looks like a green brain sitting on as San Pedro stock. I'd never eat them.
It's not a canook legality issue it's an ebay issue. ebay is notorious for yanking good things like this off their listings because of the attention it gets from Law Enforcement. Besides it's kind of stupid to buy them off ebay when headshops around Canada sell them. As far as getting them in the states they are illegal no matter how much of a "cool cat" you are, unless it's for religious purposes. pics or it never existed. I eat them on a regular basis. It's here for us to to learn from it.
I've seen your pic of the Loph in bloom . Quite nice. Mine have yet to bloom , but I have quite a bit of wooly growth & I think this year may well be the yeAR. My Pachs have exhibited absolutely no incling of blooming in the many years I've had them. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
dude i get what your saying. i get that this isnt safe or scam. im simply answering the dudes question. i guarantee you ebay will not yank al cacti just because some of them are actualy peyote. ebay is actually not at all uptight unless it is something that is illegal. Pure DXM and other legal things are openly sold because they are legal. Ebay does not bow to pressure. they simply tighten security measurees to make sure illegal things do not get on.
