the only problem i see with sperm donation is that the more somebody donates, the greater chance there is that some half brother and sister from seperate families (but the same donor) will meet eachother and unknowingly commit incest

 

very improbable.

and anyways, we are all incest children to some degree.

 

I love the idea of getting paid for my precious semen, however, not being able to choose who is allowed to use said precious semen makes it a dealbreaker. Can't have these genes distributed indiscriminately.

I've thought of it before. At the moment I don't want any children in my life but it would be good knowing that some of my DNA is running around with parents that want the child.
