First time trip: Mushrooms or LSD?

So once again opportunity comes knocking, and I am able to get some acid. This doesn't happen too often in my neck of the woods, so I am quite excited.

I've tripped a fair few times before, but this time around my girlfriend will be joining me, and it will be a first for her; indeed, one of the first real drug experiences of her life. She barely even smokes weed.

She wanted to try mushrooms first, but in my mind it makes more sense to get her started with a single hit of acid, to get an idea of what it's about, in a not-too-overwhelming fashion. You never know with shrooms; I started out with them and it was fantastic - but that won't be the case for everyone. I guess another thing is duration, as shrooms will tend to last much shorter than Lucy.

So any thoughts, guys? I've also never tripped with a girlfriend or anyone I was romantic with, so any thing you would keep in mind. or just roll with the punches as usual?

 

LSD definitely, i mean if you think its a good idea for her to do psychedelics LSD first for the exact reason you posted... Also, you can have sex on LSD.

 

In my experience LSD is "safer" than mushrooms from a trip content point of view. Mushrooms tap into emotional shit more than LSD does and can lead to some uncomfortable moments.
But that is just from my experiences, your mileage may vary.

 

I liked mushrooms as a first trip because it was just a little more natural, and mushrooms go deep. I feel it gave the full trip experience, opening you up to yourself, not just making you feel trippy.

First time with acid was more of just the trippy feeling, although it was deeply insightful too, it wasn't near the intensity of mushrooms. Its only after I took extreme doses of LSD that I realized how far you can go on it.

Whichever one you take it would be a new and beautiful experience, and open many doors never opened before.

Acid - you can better judge the dosage and the trip should be cleaner.

 

Sex on acid is magnificant! Melting into your significant other while feeling all of the worlds electrical energy pumping through your veins. I can understand how if it was a one night stand, it would probably be akward, just looking at them in true form while your handling your shit. It would probably be difficult for me not to laugh, cause it wouldn't be serious ot emotional.

Thanks for all your replies guys. So that's what we'll do, can always get some shrooms later on if she enjoys the ride. I think she'd be okay either way, we have a great set & setting (sunset ocean view from the balcony of our house, with lots of trees and grass in the mix) but I don't want to turn her off psychedelics as they will always be a part of my life.

Will let you guys know how it goes, and if there is sex, hopefully it is as glorious as described! Peace
