I am no longer in school but with the kids writing theirs I may as well be.

I think that they should start drinking as it would make my life easier.

Mine tell me and I usually either do homework with them or check it when they are done. Exam week is just a nightmare as Kieran just ambles through it and Mia is a basket case. Because he is how he is, it drives her batty. Tempers flare.

My kids don't talk much about school, except that they passionately hate it. My eleven-year-old daughter was depressed Sunday night about having to go back to school the next day. My 13-year-old daughter is chronically depressed about going to school, but doesn't talk about it much. My 17-year-old son quit going when he was 16, and has been "homeschooling" since then. They've all done extremely well in school, but find it unbearably boring. The only one who seems to like it is my 15-year-old schizo learning-challenged daughter.
