Anyone else get this shit? It seems like as soon as winter rolls around I take less joy in the activities I normally enjoy and feel way more helpless. It weird cuz I'm a happy guy typically and during summer I am literally completely content with my life but winter literally every year just kills me. I need to move somewhere warmer.
Warmth is less important than depleted Vitamin D. You can eat foods rich in vitamin D, take supplements, OR my favorite is getting a sun lamp, they really really help. Also, a winter specific activity does wonders. Like skiing or even winter hiking, something that gets you in fresh air and something you can look forward to despite the colder weather
That's exatcly how I am! Have you heard of light therapy? It helps. You just buy a little light therapy lamp to be exposed to for about twenty minutes a day. I can find you a link for some good ones if you want
Very good tips, seriously. I'm sure I do lack vitamin D in the winter and I don't really stay outside that much because it's so goddamn cold. This could actually really help. EDIT: Would love links to perhaps a cheap type one. I'm a student after all.
Yea, basically what everyone else said. If i get depressed its cause i am being lazy, just me though. = I find daily exercise a key to my sanity.

Gonna have to wait a bit but definitely gonna grab one of those. The reviews are unbelievable. Didn't realize this problem was so easily solved.
