Sexual Transmutation

I am giving it a try.

I was reading one guys journal, he has a cycle of 7 days without ejaculation, while focusing all the sex energy into accomplishing his goals. Day 8 is what he calls his rest day, ejaculation.

It has been said to take your age, divide by 5, and that is how many days you should go without ejaculating each cycle.

A basic notion is that for men orgasm and ejaculation are two different things, usually they happen at the same time, but you can learn to have the pleasure (the orgasm) with or without the ejaculation.

I think the idea is that there is a lot of energy in our gametes - our sex cells - for men the sperm and for women the egg (ovum). That energy is what potentially creates a child - each of the parents donating part. When a man ejaculates, he loses that energy, so if he isn't trying to have a baby there are techniques for keeping and transforming that energy. The same is true for a woman's menstruation - so there are techniques for women to control their menstrual cycles when they aren't trying to have a child.

None of the techniques are against pleasure, my experience is that they allow you to have more pleasure - both in terms of how intensely pleasurable it can be at any given moment, and in terms of how often you can have that pleasure.

These particular traditions of esoteric taoism are a highly structured spiritual path. Since most of the techniques are internal, it usually looks like "doing nothing."

The techniques require practice and skill - not that different from playing tennis - you can have fun at any skill level, and there are a lot of things you can add to your game, like being able to return any shot so exactly to your friend so they don't have to take a single step to play.

I read a decent bit from different sources, it has sparked my interest, so I am going to give it a try. The above cycle that the guy was using and the above explanation a man was giving is based on Taoist beliefs.

I'll post back later with my experiences.

Today is day one with no ejaculation.

 

Today is day two no ejaculation.

I am not going to try and create a cycle like the guy who I typed about above, at least for now I'm not. Just experimenting.

The reason he has his cycle is because he says the sexual energy builds up to a point where he cannot control it.

Upon reading the information on this topic, the night before last, I have felt much better in every area of my life.

The good feelings could be my EGO manufacturing yet another petty illusion,

or Sexual Transmutation might actually be working.

I will continue posting if I am still alive and able in the near future.

 

Today is day 3 without ejaculating.

My physical sexual desires were much stronger on day 1.

I think the transmutation might actually be channeling the energies into actually making my day productive.

 

Very interesting, I'd try it But I don't think I can handle having sex only once a week. Ive gone 3 days this week and my balls are aching.To be able to pull this off Id have to stay away from all sexual stimulation cause the slightest sexual thought could give me a raging hard on.

Well they say the people with the highest sex drive reap the most benefits from doing this. You can still have sex, just no ejaculating, as it wastes energy they say.

Orgasm and ejaculation are two different things.

Today is day 4 without ejaculation for me.

I havent tried stimulating myself to practice orgasming without ejaculation. I've heard it is very difficult.

A beautiful libra is coming over to give me a massage later today. That will probably spark some genital interest as it seems my physical desire for sex has diminished greatly.

 

Keep in mind that high food consumption is somewhat tied to high sex drive. If the former is lessened without consequence then the latter drops as well. One can do own experiments to confirm the connection between the two. (Keep a records journal?) One will most likely have to go through a brutal rising tsunami of ignored or repressed emotions first, though...

Hmmm that is interesting. I guess I havent been eating a great deal of food the past few days. All I do eat is a raw vegan diet mainly. If I come across high quality eggs I'll eat those, some cheese every now and again. I really don't eat all that much I guess.

I think ejaculation does make one hungry though.

Reading all of these different things on sexual energy and the like, I came across Gnosticism.

It is said to never spill the semen.

I was naked earlier today, reading a Gnostic book online, while all of my clothes tumbled in the washer and dryer.

I wanted to see if I could experience orgasm without ejaculation. I think I did.. will have to work at that. Anyways in the end of all that mess came a mess of me spilling the semen!

The interesting thing is, is that I did not feel like I lost anything. My cycle of ejaculation according to the Taoists would be once every 4 days, today was day 6.
I didn't feel any kind of tired after the fact.

Another thing is that negative thoughts regarding sexuality were 99% non existent while masturbating.

That is progress forward in my book.
