I have been turned on to the use of salvia, so obviously I wanted to get some for myself. After doing a limited amount of research as to whether it was legal in my state I ordered some from what appeared to me to be a well known and reputable online source. NOW, only a few days later, and after doing further research, after the fact, I find out that possession of salvia is in fact not legal to possess in my state due to a ban that had been passed a few months back or so. Exactly what kind of trouble could I be getting myself into, if any? Is it even possible for my package to get to me considering that it is being shipped from a" legal" state in the US to an "illegal" state in the US (no customs). I've had packages not make it to me before, but they were from out of the country and just so happened to contain, unbeknownst to me, cuban tobacco... Well, anyway that's my current predicament..
Meh not much. Odds are its "discreet" packaging, assuming they'll ship it to you. Just go to a border states head shop, where its legal..
head shop salvia where i live is awful. they used to have some good, potent shit 'til they decided to carry the kind with the pretty packaging rather than the kinda that actually works. some of the best salvia i ever had was stuff a buddy made in his oven with salvia leaves he ordered online. it's a pretty simple extraction process with alcohol and heat. google it. making your own is like 10x cheaper too.
