2ci and 4-aco-dmt cross tolerance?

    I took around 25mg of 2c-i on friday, considering taking 4-aco-dmt today. Is there any cross tolerance between the two?

    Based on official reading I would say yes, based on what's reported here I couldnt tell you.

    It probably won't completely negate the trip but it may not be as potent as it would if you wait. There is evidence of phens/trypt cross tolerance though.

    I think GB is right.

    Unrelated, at low doses the two work harmoniously together, at high doses though IME they can be nightmarish. Take it from me, please do for your own sake.
