My left shoulder hurts like a bitch

And this big red bump appeared and its big and won't pop.. I think its an ingrown hair.

Is there anything I can do about it?

seriously though, i'm in agreement with our "nuts on the brain" squirrel on this matter mate.
i would just add that, if it does not show any signs of improvement, over the next several days to a week then, you better contact your doc.

 

Epsom salt is good for drawing out infection, which is what it is if it is a zit or an ingrown hair.

 

The bump keeps disappearing and reappearing....

 

i had a big painful red bump on my ankle. it was from the tongue on my shoe rubbing against my skin. it was there for over a month. i took a pair of tweezers to it cause i couldn't deal with it anymore, pulled off skin, and squeezed it and puss and a loooong hair came out, hahah. i was so happy to finally be rid of it, but it hurt so much. i'm too impatient to do it the right way. i have an ugly purple scar from it, though.

ok dude, it is time to call the doc.
it could be fluid from inflammation which, might not be so bad.
it could be an infection. the worst case could be the bones are infected with a "super-bug" bacterium.

 

Did anybody mention the possibility that it could be a minuscule alien civilization that nested in his shoulder just discovering technology?
