OK, if you want straight up, then here it is ... and i don't want to hear any crap about me being condescending or patronising ... or know-it-all, whatever: You don't know what to do with your life ... you know what you don't want to do, but that's not the answer either. It seems as though for whatever reason, you aren't finding any guidance on what your next step should be, so you have ended up standing still instead. Your mechanism of expressing your frustration is to channel it on an external source, in this case the system as a whole; the social, the political, the economic structures ... why? It's simple, because you are stuck in a rut ... you haven't had any real work experience, so you can't blame a boss of 5 years for where you are and you haven't made enough decisions regarding your life to even be pissed with yourself yet. From my experience in the circles of resistance, it's the kids like yourself that make up at leas 3/4 of the activist culture .... it's a place for people to find themselves while getting to vent their angst with life in general and against an enemy that can't be touched Man, I hope you are getting the point - you talk the talk ... you have gained the tools to participate in the revolutionary discourse, like the literature and some crtical thinking every now and then, but like many you may well be in this realm / perspective because you have no where else to go So is all this system stuff really for you? Sure you have the hate for it, but do you have the love for it ... is it really your interest, your passion? If it is you should be studying politics as a start. But if this isn't really your interest, the whole shadow government being controlled by aliens that are connected to a reptilian race wanting to extract human dna because of it's connection with a homosapien cloning project after the ice age called genesis … then how about looking at other things, mountain climbing, a martial art, travel a bit while doing sh*tty jobs. Lol, nah, I just meant that from your previous posts one can tell that you have read a fair amount of literature relating to the state of the world be live in. You are a bright, intelligent dude NF, that’s half the problem; it’s what adds complication to your life. Only you know what you want to do with your life ... so go out there and find yourself!
the best advice I can give you is to do anything, anything at all besides staying idle. One of the biggest problems with the world is everyone is sitting around waiting for someone to tell them what to do or give them advice and it's never going to happen Just pick something positive you can do(community service, plant trees, etc.) and stick with it until you find your real calling. This way you'll at least be able to look back at your life and say that you didn't waste any time doing nothing and wondering what the point of it at all is, because there isn't one. You have to make it yourself
I understand completely what you're trying to say. You're right, the transition from an OK job that helps people to a "this is what I want to do for the rest of my life" job is very hard. I don't even know what that job is yet. I should really just finish my accounting bachelors since I only have a years worth left. Maybe I'll have my own business some day or something. Anyways, I appreciate the effort to give me some solid advice which was well received.
Thank you NF, sorry we got off to a rocky start with all that crap a while back. In all seriousness, I think finishing that degree off and then getting some cash 2gether will open up more options, oppurtunities and experiences ... also, now really is a flippin difficult time to be a student, but that's the nature of the beast so just hang in there bro and hit the challenge head-on
