    Rainbow Family of Living Light
roughly based on a Native American prophescy that a tribe "of all the rainbow" could bring peace.
US National gatherings, here called the Gathering, weet around and including July 4 in US national forest lands to generally party but on July 4 (US independence day) there is silence and prayers for world peace.which conclude publicly at noon.
Nothing like 30,000 QUIET americans ;)

    see www.welcomehome.org for more info.

Does anyone know if there is "disorganized" Irish Family? I remember some british meetings when I lived there....

Hey Now, I know I'm Iriah, and I'm a Rainbow
So there are Definately Irish Rainbows, although
I live in America, and not Irerland, so I am an
Appalacian Rainbow, as is may seem, I also went
to a Christmas Parade today in my small little
Town, and I was impressed with such a nice
preformance from the High school Band. My Little
Girl April, May, June, is quite affraid of Parades.

My Grandmother Mary Bridgett Green is from
Mearth Ireland, Is there LSD in Ireland.....
I bet thats wehre Lepreachaun come from, Spirit is
a Leprachaun and I think little Craig is Irish....
A Rastafarian Lepracaun with A friend named
    Boomer.

I went to the last two Gatherings ("Where the hell's Likely?" bumper sticker stuck on my car.) To me, the Rainbow Family has been the sweetest, most beautiful eye-opening experience. People genuinely love each other - no one is excluded. Both times, I have come closer to knowing myself and the goodness that humans are capable of.
At a Gathering, people help each other out- feed each other, carry firewood, provide water, etc. I have never had to worry about not having something to smoke. ;)
There are various kitchens- BARF, The Lovin' Oven, The Braed of Life, et al. They serve up some of the best food. I always do what I can to contribute to them - I feel more at peace with myself when I do.
And the drums and the dancing! The excellent music that I'll never forget! I danced like a fool, without a care in the world- and everyone was happy with it, glad that I was there loving life with them!
Such tremendous experiences are too lengthy for me to describe here. If anyone has a chance to attend a Gathering, I sure hope you go.

    "Six up!!!"
