Erections happen, but how you respond can be unacceptable. This was one time where it was wrong and such a man should be banned from the gym.
Naked old men in the locker room have always bothered me too. Though I'm ok with nudism, these naked old men really push my limits. In a closed, small, confined space such as a gym locker room, a lot of old men parade around naked, get too close to you and invade your personal space and start rambling on about nothing. in austin, texas at the university stadium and gym, i went to the shower and steam bath nearly every day. nothing of the sort ever happened. it would be inconceivable. of course these were gender separated facilities as well. the most irritating matter was of the world war two and korean war generation men who did jumping jacks in the steam room. they also whistled tunes and i find whistling to be an annoyance. i never said anything, however.
