it is uncommon because doctors prescribe oxycontin and vicodin much more often for pain relief. Also it is harder for people to scam doctors and get than oxycontin
^ Exactly, it's very potent. Rarely prescribed, you are a lucky fellow if you enjoy opiates. Don't even need to shoot it. If you have no tolerance, sniffing 5 mg will buzz you goood, noodled my friend just 5 mg and had his ass out after a couple hour of noodelage. The only better opiate rush I've gotten than smoking Opana, is smoking fentanyl.

ya I learned that after I made the thread haha. Nobody answered my question but I found out on my own. A user builds up tolerance to opana very quickly, unlike oc. Personally I do not like the oxymorephone high as much as other opes. Too much nod, too little euphoria.
