This is more of a never ending thought, than just plain random... Anyways,

I'm sure you've heard of ppl whether, a friend, a neighbor, or just word of mouth, how someone get's ripped off when one goes to purchase their drug. Whether MJ,Lucy, etc, I just get this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach when I hear things such as, a friend gets set up by a group of ppl and takes all his money and runs off. And what can you possibly do when a bunch of ppl circles around you with guns and knifes?-Absolutely nothing.

After happening to my friend whose more like a brother to me than anything else, seems to have really taken a toll on me. I know the world can never be a happy safe place, but when things like these happen to a dear friend it's more of a wake up call than anything else.

For some time now, I've come into conclusion, I'll go to school take all their BS, learn so perhaps I can help out minimize robberies and help ppl avoid dangerous situations such as these. I kept asking myself, if it's a stupid thought to dedicate ones education towards drugs such as LSD, but I'd feel even more stupid if I knew I could've helped someone out and instead they were faced by one of these no life scums and involved in a possible life threatening situation.

Let's face it, more and more teenagers are searching for a "connect", and shit, the high school around here, it seems just about every kid does one thing or another. I always try to help one out when they have no idea what they're doing since they're first time buyers. I feel guilty with a peace of mind at the same time when I do help one out, because I know they'll find one way or another to purchase , but at least I know they'll be safe.

What do you guys think about all of this? .-.

Your post is confusing. You want to go to school to learn about how you can help people buy drugs in a safer manner?

    I'm thinking the same thing...

I stick to two people who I buy my pot from...I don't do heavy drugs anymore so I don't know what the "market" is like these days but I'm assuming its gotten pretty bad.

If one of your main concerns is who you're getting your drugs from and what's going to happen to you, you might want to re-evaluate your life...

spend your time working to make it legal, rather than waste your time thinking up ways of not getting robbed.

Sorry, haha... Multi-tasking and having a million things going on in my head. Basically, want to get a degree in Organic Chemistry/Botany. The common drugs around here are Acid,MJ and Shrooms. Anyways, I was just referring to the safety of kids purchasing drugs through unknown dealers. That's why I felt if I went to school learned how to do it myself I could help minimize situations where teens get a gun pointed to their faces for dealing through random dealers...

I know Norml had a discussion on this, "How if MJ was legalized we'd know where it's coming from, and wouldn't have to worry about our own safety when purchasing".I just don't want random teenagers getting involved in some crazy situation for wanting to just purchase some MJ, or perhaps Lucy... that's what I was implying in my post.

    Hope that clarified it somewhat.

Of course, but you're missing my main point... They do have Norml meetings here which I do try my best to attend every time. Anyways, besides making bud legal, what of Lucy? I believe Lucy to be a really interesting drug, learned quite some from it... All these teenagers around here, they have no idea what LSd is, and yet they want it without any background information on it... I try to teach them a little about it, of what a trip is and what to expect from it.

I'm not thinking of ways not to get robbed, I'm thinking of ways I can help people just stay safe and away from all the bad shit that goes around here. I just felt if I could make my own, grow my own, I could help keep our community safe.:)

sorry for the long post it's a topic quite close to my heart.

Most of us here wish it were legal, in fact almost a majority of the populations does as well. Imagine the revenue shift from criminals to the people.

I have seen first hand the dark side of this business. I'm the guy my stoner friends call for help. I like and hate that. If it were legal I would not have to put my ass on the line like I do far too frequently. Fact is you try to rob a store for pot (were it legalised) you get arrested. You try to scam a bad dealer, or there is a misunderstanding, very quickly you can have a knife in your side or a gun to your head. Being stabbed over $25 is just stupid.

I wish I could walk into a store and buy a O for $50 but unless people push for total legalisation or at least tell people the damn truth in “Drug education” people will die, and the price for a high will be high in many ways.

I can normally talk things through, settle things out for my friends (I only smoke a few time a year now) I'm glad I didn't get into this sort of stuff till I was 18. My group of friends who smoked when I was a bit younger than that were all older than me, they looked after me like a younger brother. Once I was 18 They taught me how to roll a joint, pull a bong what to say and how to cover my ass. As those friends grew up and away my school friends started experimenting. It straight up scared the shit out of me how much they were risking their lives.

When I was 18 My best mate's girlfriend started smoking pot. She’s a model. Drop dead gorgeous, but she was going into the scariest of dens, with sometimes a dozen or so people there hanging out smoking, shooting up and snorting. My best mate insisted that I went with her once he found out she was smoking. It scared me. She had been raised with the thought that all drug dealers were horrid people and rooms filled with large scary guys with guns laying openly on the table was normal so she didn't see the reason to change supplier.

She hadn't been "educated" in drug education classes she was lied to; she had been taught that those environments were normal for the “evil drug dealer”. She thought she was safe as she was ever going to be in this world. "Why would they shoot a customer" she said once. Totally ignorant, she apparently once asked if her bag was a $25 not a $50 thinking they had made an honest mistake It was after having a gun pointed at her face for this that she and I told her boyfriend about the kind of people she was dealing with, he tried to make her stop, but they compromised with me showing her how to be safe about the world of weed.

She soon learnt that dealers, especially ones that only deal weed. Can be nice people. I introduced her to a lady who has a family. Smokes a few times a week in the garage away from the kids. We sometimes had dinner, or a drink there and we would hug when we saw each other. It was safe, not like what people are taught in school. Those lies that all dealers are scum that will shoot you for no reason at all, only causes people to use dealers like that, knowing no different. Todays "drug education" kills many more that weed related deaths ever could (like car crashes under the influence, or falling off balconies, I know weed wont directly kill you on its own)

I went from the pupil to the master, I taught her and some others how to pull a bong. roll a joint and have fun. How to be safe.

As another group of my friends started smoking, similar things happened, so I made an introduction to a nice lady and they were shocked. Shocked that we exchanged $ for goods, sat down had a j on the house and drank lemonade talking about our week. Hugged and walked home.

It’s this lying to kids in school about pot that breaks my heart. Not just what they say the affects are but who everybody in the business is like. It’s not helping, kids will experiment, and when they do would you not rather they do so armed with the knowledge that they don’t HAVE to put their live on the line?

I myself have stopped smoking recently a while back I enjoy the rush that you get after having abstained for a while. To some extent I wish I had not. Yet another friend got into pot during one of my few month breaks. Nobody mentored him, nobody told him the truth. I wound up at his place with some friends having a great time waiting for a delivery. They turned up they were VERY big and things got really messy. I’ll not go into huge detail just say this they weren’t my friends regular people; they didn’t bring any green, just there to raid the place and mess us up. They succeeded.

Since then the newbie has never spoken a full sentence without stuttering. I have not seen him smile. Not once. The other friend my brother, spiralled deeper, tried to kill himself many times, his family fell apart for different reasons. His dad then tried to off himself. My brother got so angry he picked up a knife to stab his dad when he found out what meds he took and that he was trying to die and abandon him. We wrestled; I got nicked in this side by the blade. His father lived my brother was fine for a few more days then he tried to set fire to his house, and hang himself. He almost succeeded with both. He’s only now starting to come right. His girlfriend was there for him the whole time. I had no one I could tell.

I threw myself into women, trying to forget about everything. I was lying and cheating, anything to get laid. During sex I didn’t feel like I was dead, I felt alive. Only now… So much time later I am starting to have moments where I am happy.

I don’t see why Governments both here around the world lie to their children. Convince them that there is no “Safe way” to experiment that it is all bad stuff that kills you, served up by murderers. So these young adults grow up believing their life has to be on the line. You can tell a young adult something is dangerous as much as you bloody like, just as many teens will do it. Or you can tell a young adult how to be safe and save lives.

Young people will experiment, let them do, and let them live!

    Education trumps fear every time!

    How enterprising of you.

I am sure that this new position of yours will be very difficult to market other than the old stand by title of dealer. ;)

He'd probably have far better luck applying for the position of "embezzler" at the local bank if he could live with the strict dress code..
