Like someone else said, the refs gave them the first half. Not a single call against them but the Steelers sure got all the penalties.

 

You get flags thrown against you when you commit penalties.

 

Not if that penalty is holding against Woodley;
Pass interference by Bush that resulted in an interception; or pass interference at the 1 yard line.

 

Guess the check cleared.

 

There's no reason to be sour, cause part of the game and all; but I recognize this Superbowl as the refs' win

Notice the one that isn't playing the ball is already tackling Wallace when the ball arrives.

And the announcer calls it a collision


But we didn't get it done; got through bad officiating in XLIII and was possibly helped by the terrible officiating in XL.

Of course the announcers called it like that, it's Joe Buck. He's like the biggest Packers fan-boy on the planet. I still can't believe they let his disgusting self within 500 miles of the SuperBowl, let alone call the game.
