Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug, same class as alprazolam (Xanax) Has anyone tryed it and how would you describe the effects? Is it similar to Xanax?
My girlfriend takes them she says they make her more tired but the effects feel about the same, she says they knock her out where as she can function on xanax, but she does not use it recreationally. she informed me they use klonipin for seizure reduction, and that it works very well and that she thinks they are about the same as far as strengths go for her. but everyone is different. good luck.
I am prescribed 2 mg a day and have taken it for 5 years now. It makes you forget your worries, relaxes your muscles, and at high doses causes you to do things you never would think. That can be good or bad. It is similar to Xanax, but is longer lasting and slower onset IMO.
its used to control seizures. it has serious side effects, i took it to control my muscle spasms and had to stop taking.
It works but you shouldn't stay on it long cause you get addicted to it fast then you can't sleep without it. I'm prescribed 2-2.5 mg a day but I just had to take 4 mg cause I couldn't sleep. Only take this if you really need it. I had bad anxiety and its helping. Also its less addicting than xanax (apralozam or whatever) Its official name is clonazepam and it lasts longer but takes longer to kick in I should be asleep soon hopefully but my doctor is switching me to vallium soon in hopes of it doing more for anxiety and lasting longer Its even better than clonazepam for being less addicting for many peiople as it lasts longer oftentimes but mainly because the dosage is more flexible to taper off eventually Either way, that won't be fun What I intend to say is that all these benzos are addictive, one of the most addictive as any drug so much so that stopping cold turkey can cause seizures and death so stay away from the xanax and take only what you need
