Hi Nails 8:30 here and one of the nephews of my neighbor arrived eairler this am. My inquires about my tree mail to you has been answered as follows. My letter to you leaves the Island and gets into the USP TODAY and SHOULD be in Quitman TX., regular post in three to 4 days. PLEASE look for this letter as it contains $100. The envelope was from some resort that we must have gone to years ago so I scratch that out and put my name there.

Ranger I saw your post. BROTHER I AM SO SO VIBING all the good sprits to help you. I just went through almost 6 weeks of some of the worst lung shit in my life THREE ROUNDS OF antibiotics and I am just finishing (three days left) the last one it is called Cipro as the other ones did not work. DO NOT DO NOT( RANGER BODY DO NOT) allow any pneumonia of any kind to enter into his broncitis NO NO NO Pneumonia NO NONE. If you have to take the antibiotics DO IT because Ranger HONEST I was really worried this time that I was not going to have the stregnth to beat it back. I am now doing OK and I know now I will be better every day. OH Brother I so so want you to get the attention you need......PHUCK why cannot these MEDICAL AGENCYS that are there for Vets just take care of your needs!

GO to an emergency room even tho the wait SUCKS they will HAVE to see you to at least get your LUNGS and Breathing right NO NO PNEUMONIA CHANT all of us CHANT NO NO PNEUMONIA!!! Damn am praying for you.

We have $115.00 to go.. can we do it by the time Chris's check arrives. C'on folks we're almost there just a little bit more and Ranger will be rescued and we will all be able to sleep a little better knowing he will be able to get his heart stent.

What a wonderful thing this is, ppl taking time and $ to help a Brother. It warms the heart.. it will certainly warm Ranger's Heart with all that fresh blood flowing through it. Life is good.

I awoke around 4am yesterday (wed) coughing non stop and after an hour and a half or more of that I was too weak and breathless to argue Rita out of taking me into VA Emergency. (Not that I'm stuborn or phobic about hospitals! No, not me!) As soon as she drug me kicking and screaming (breathlessly) into the warm air of the ER the coughing stopped. Outside temp at the time was 4degrees plus wind chill.
Anyway at that hour there was almost nmo wait (except when they lost my xrays! lol) and I got a new set of meds and am feeling much better by the hour.
You're right Chris! This is nothing to mess around with folks. Thanks for the good healing vibes folks.....

 

I am dancing as fast as I can Ranger to get you out of the cold, Sug. So many folks have rallied and shown the Love they were given to share. I am glad Rita is there to kick your ass when needed WTG Rita!

All we like is Chris's donation and that should be here by Monday/Tuesday. Contact the owner of the Camper and tell him you'll be getting it next week. I wish I could get it to you now but it's not all together yet but very soon.

Wear something over your face when you go outside, try not to breath in that fridgid air. Stick them cats on your feet and keep them warm and dry. Eat an orange every day, drink lots of water!!

It's the coldest in East Texas then it's been since 1949, We have 2 feet of snow on the ground We've been below freezing for 4 days now and been out of water since Monday, some have it worse with no electricity to run their heaters. We have propane and a fireplace and plenty of wood, just no water.

North East Texas is the coldest place in the US right now. Ppl arent use to this kinda weather here, we're tropical. I hope the fruit trees benefit from this freeze. This is the second hard freeze we've had, the first one we had snow on the ground for 5 days. A howling freezing ass wind blew thew on Monday and brought us this snow and froze us up in the process.

WE are suppose to get up in the 60s on Sunday, I hope the pipes dont burst when they thaw out, that would be a mess to get under the house and fix. Hope everyone is staying warm.

Hi all
nails..The letter has left the Island!! I acrually went to town and asked the postmaster myself if it went out. I was assured that it is on its was to Quitman TX! The Postmaster got a kick out of my envelope (it was an old resort envelope) and said that I must be doing well to be able to stay at that resort. It is on some other Island and I guess it is a nice place!!! I told her (yes our postmaster is a postmistress...well we also have a post master too I guess they take turns as to who likes to be the boss every day) that I did not stay there, it must have been the kids (Caleb and his wife Andree)! Anyway the point of the discussion was because she told me that I coild have gotten a first class envelope with postage on it right there. Well as we know I did not bring the letter up so I used what I had!

Ranger I know that times are tight right now but I have found that I am getting so so so much better and STRONGER every day and I am not coughing ANY CRAP up at all anymore. Pilipo is the old Hawaiian man that has been my Aboriginal Hawaiian medicine here for years. He told me last night that since I have only been drinking COCONUT WATER since I got back this time that it is one of the best things I could be doing for my lungs and hydration in General. We have BILLIONS of Coconuts here and I have a great coconut opener pipe stuck in the ground thatt allows me to husk them by hand realy easily!. Or course also having all the fresh fruit (Papayas, bananas, Liliquoi, 3 different kinds of avocados) has gotten my internal system back on it own fighting. The antibiotics are ditractors. BUT HE SAID DO NOT STOP THEM BECAUSE we(I) have not lived my life eating only the good things and the bugs inside are being killed by the antibiotics. Problem is that they also phuck with a lot of good stuff in our systems. Well the POINT of all this is that IF you can get COCO water it is just so so good for you. The purest water there is he says???? BUT unless you are in a situation where you have a BILLION in your yard or you live in lands where Coconuts are abundant, it is hard to find coco water. He said it is in Health food and BIG BOX SSTORES now he has heard. I never knew that and it sounds like the price for it is astronomical!!! BUT if you can get it maybe give some a try!! I have been drinking it SOLELY as my water and been taking antibiotics at the same time. BUT I AM BETTER

I so so hope you are progressing better.

I wish I could email but unfortunatly, I got some malware and so I changed my email password.. I forgot the password and my granddaughter loged me out so she could log into hers ARGGGGG... I DO miss everyone. I've been reduced to UTube watching old rock vids.

My nerves are on end worring about Ranger and if we can get him fixed up before the cold gets him. He's been really sick these last few weeks. AS soon as that manifests then I can relax and be my happy go lucky self again

A Good thing happen today for me. They took my Sister Lynn off Chemo YEAH!!!! She's gonna beat this pancreatic cancer yet! Thanks for all the prayers and healing vibes y'all.

That's what it takes. It takes a NO Fear attitude a no negitivity frame of existance. We blocked the cells from spreading with Divine Love, just as we are saving Ranger with Divine Love. There is nothing that can detour The Divine. Only that is which is Divine Love and penetrate it. With the Love we have that has lasted as long as it has that my Brothers and Sisters is Divine.

I see you're here so I can catch uip wiyj both now. Today is the first day since I started the antibiotics that I haven't napped all afternoon! I guess this is a good sign. The coughing stopped (mostly) a couple of days ago and now my energy is coming back. It wasn't the van so much as silly me trying to do the swap meet dispite the cold wind in the morning. see my primary Monday afternoon and I just emailed the eye clinic to see what they're up to.
The trailer is off the market. but we are checking out other options including low income/VA housing. I'll keep ya'll posted.

Hi all....It is the 8th of February am feeling better. Molokai' magic does it again. I will be going mia for maybe 4 days. Going on a HEALTH HIKE to Wailau where I will then partake in an awa Ceremony and sing my own personel Oli! There will only be 6 of us so very personel. I am the only nonHawaiian in the group. My blood of First Nation folks of North America qualifys me for this...so I have been told by the Kupuna here. Since I do not think many of you are familar with Hawaiiana stuff it is like/similar to a First Nations Aboriginal SWEATS but focus on my MANA (The Hawaiian meaning of personel Mana not any other meaning of the word). Personely I intend to make this be a venture into my own healing power. BTW we all have that!! My belief tells me that not need to be a member of a tribe to qualify but this will be good for me as I just feel it!

I was hoping that Cakes (Mary, Nails, Cakes or just Mary Nailcakes) would have recieved that the 2nd letter I sent from here Molokai, Has it arrived????? If not today then hopefully tommorrow!!!!

I will be able to log on one more time before I go MIA. So if it was in todays mail Mary maybe you could post a yes it has arrived!!! Knowing it has arrived will help keep that thought out of the brain!

So glad to hear from you. I am understanding that you are going to use the Fund to get into low income housing, is that correct? Will there be a waiting peroid or can they slide you in bc of health issues, stat?

Housing is more disireable for the long haul. I'm focusing on them moving quickly to get you situated.

I am Delighted and Overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone and how we have pulled together to help a brother and sister in a tite. Thank you all. Now I have one more favor to ask, just a tiny one.

If we all could devote a few minites a day on focusing our energy on seeig Ranger and Rita inside some housing, smiling. We have the the Love that turns the wheel, We have the money to grease the wheel. All we need are some good vibes to wiggle the door open.

That ought to be easy, lookie what we just manifested between a handfull of old Hippies.. YeHaww!!

We will have to plan a housewarming party for them in here as soon as they slide up in their new crib.

Folks, I dont know if you realize that Ranger&Rita have been living in their vehicle for almost 5 yrs. They were in a flood and lost most everything up on the river in NoCali, it's all posted here back about that time. They have not been able to regroup their momentum since that time bc of on going health issues. Try as they may, Mother Nature plays a huge roll on their finances and in the season of wintery weather it's taking a big chance on your health to venture out in it, then there are no crowds to sell to bc it's not fit to be outside.

So, what you all have done goes further then just Ranger's health, it is allowing two Human Beings a chance to have a place to call home. A place to actually hang your hat up and streech out and feel comfortable. To have living space and not living out of boxes. To be able to cook a hot meal and to soak in a hot tub. The simple things we all take for granted, like utilities and running water or even a real bed to sleep in.

There was a time when we all did that bc we were young and could stand the, well, the discomfort and hardship it causes. Ranger and Rita are both Senior Citizens and are getting very little aid. So what you all have done will change their quaility of life as well as their physical well being.

It is all of you that are heros, every one of you.

Your Letter came in the mail today.. Thank You Brother, you did good. I will try and get to the bank tomorrow and then send it all off to Kenny to deliver to Ranger. I cant get out today the roads are iced over and it's snowing again. Hopefully they will be thawed by tomorrow or firday for sure.

The 'check ' must have gotten lost in the mail Chris, the one you first sent. I would check with the bank and make sure it hasnt been cashed somewhere. I can only cash checks at the bank here in Quitman.
