I had a friend give me this for V-Day some years ago, and I wound up marrying him. Still have the bear, and the man.

And Billyx1120... DAMN. If I were more of a romantic, that would win me over. I'm not, so I'm mostly kind of nauseous, but if I were... :love:

Teddy bears make really nice gifts. I've been given one by one of my exes for one Valentine's Day many years ago. I still have it.

I'm intrigued by the mirror idea. I would do something like that for a 1-month anniversary or something...

 

Flowers, Maybe a Build-A-Bear Workshop bear, those you choose and put in the stuffing and choose the clothes yourself, it's pretty cute and significant at the same time. It seems childish but it would warm her heart if she likes stuffed animals. http://www.buildabear.com/ lol they even have Valentine's Day sales.
