I'm not sure about the apple juice, but it seems like all the acid in orange juice could tear up your stomach a bit...

Juice is a heck of a lot better for you than always drinking coffee or soda, so you're ahead of the game. Just drink water! Water water water! You're sleeping too much cos you're up too late =P

actually drinking juice isnt much better for you than soda...most "juices" are mostly sugar and chemicals, and even the "real" juices can give you a blood sugar spike that triggers the release of insulin. when you eat a whole fruit, you get all the fiber too, and the release of sugar into your system is much slower so it's easier for your body to deal with. all the sugary drinks are one of the reasons that we have so many diabetics running around. our bodies arent designed to deal with liquid sugar all the time.

so, eat real whole fruits and drink water! and how 'bout some balance to your diet too? some protein to back up all those sweet fruits, maybe? and some crunchy veggies... hm, now i'm getting hungry...

This guy from my school's science fair project was to see which drink was worse for your teeth- he looked at like coke, pepsi, sprite, milk, water and orange juice...Orange juice was nearly 2ce as bad for your teeth as coke...scary.

Yeah, when it comes down to it fruit juice is great but it is just like liquid sugar with a bunch of vitamins..keep the pulp in or something..

My dentist told me before that when you drink nothing but orange juice (or other really acidy juices) after a long period it can cause damage to your teeth cause the acid will slowly eat the enamal (sp?) away. But if you drink plenty of water and it's between drinking juices your teeth should be OK.
