Strawberry park.... i have no idea, just a rumor?

Ever Since i moved to Colorado, Specifically grand county, People have kept telling me that the First gathering started here, they have even showed me the mountain top and potiental trail that leads all the way to strawberry park in Steamboat. GEEZE it killing me that i cannot remember the name of the spot they started from... GRRRRR!!! This place is magical tho, Wouldnt doubt it
Since It is SOOOO beautiful up here i woundlt doubt there not wrong. How ever i have not a clue, my system admin will not let me open the welcomhome.org homepage If this is true why dont we, walk this way again?! or why isnt there more gathering ings in Colorado, or the west Coast? In 2009 The Gathering was in NM!!! however i was unable to go While iam right here in this moment, (kinda new to this) I am wondering about my Colorado rainbow family and were u at?!? maybe were not to big in the internet just quite yet :love:

no problem zia. i see a few of the same ppl on there as here too.altho chat ther is a bit quieter. it`s much more exclusively rainbow.an even quieter site is www.hippiegathering.ning.com . im tryin my darndest to throw 2gether a st pats day gig near spgfld mo. just havent been able to scout a site.evry1 around here 2paranoi 2 put a gig on.altho lake of ozarks area does gigs. even quieter sites are rainbowfamilyonline.com which is actually 3rd inline to original welcomehome, which morphed in to welcomehere,which is still barely breathin. chat still isn`t up on r f o. i guess some1 could take over as webmaster 2 liven it up a bit, r f o i mean. yeh its confusin but i dint do it, haha.

 

we`re kinda spread apart frm eachother here in mo, but we`re around. plz checkout my thread:"new project", on rainbow family section. i`ve had best response to it on here.

 

by the way www.flrainbow.org is best site ive seen in long time tho has no chat iv found so far.

 

sis , i think the internet forums are mostly just utility anymore . once it seemed a shining hope , but i spose the medium is deficient . what's real is just love as incense in the wind , our heart playing the earth like a drum , our rememberence of holding .

i've been on the rainbow trail through-out Colorado . relative to all your questions , i'd suggest you waltz into the little town of Crestone and have tea at the cafe , linger gentle into the evening .

and , too , the place ziazia began is stronger than you seem

didnt know ziazia is a place? but being as young as iam i seem to not know very much as it is. As i have grown wiser, i wouldnt be me with out the people i have meet. just a thank u to all!


Thank you all for your input and i am going to check out these websites..... i have been going by ear, and not really knowing full detail about gatherings... internet is alwasy helpful

find Manitou Springs or Pogosa n you'll find family, cold time of year tho. Taos would be better
