Thats funking nasty, all those fillers and possible adulterants will go in your gums too. I have taken E sublingually (hold it under the tounge) which is essentially the same, somehow your method sounds more disgusting though. If its a hard pill break it in two if you opt for sublingual administration. Warning: Its bitter, imagine a chemical sweet tart x2
I just think that powdering it and rubbing it on my gums would be easier for me to work with a good dose for a first time. Its a VERY hard pill. Tried taking my modeling razor (Scalpel sharp), and It took quite a bit of effort to scrape off even a bit.

Um first of all you'll be rubbing disgusting, extremely bitter powder into your gums for like 2 hours, since it's a lot of powder, and second, why would you do that, when the best way to take MDMA is orally? just swallow the pill.
if you're just gunna swallow it don't chew it up either, I've done that a bunch and originally thought it would make it hit harder and faster but in reality I just got a shorter roll every time
