my boyfriend and I don't believe in any commercial holidays, we pretty much only celebrate our birthdays

 

We don't really do Valentine's Day either. Once his parents took us out on Valentine's Day, but we forgot it was Valentine's Day...lol. Then one year I watched Ernest Plays Basketball (or something like that) and he played video games and ignored me all night. Haha. This year I'm only going to pretend we are celebrating Valentine's Day.

 

I'm getting my coon hound, Aunt Lucy, a big ol bouquet of Beggin Bits. Then we're both gonna eat shit and bark at the moon.

 

And I Thought I Had Problems Coping With V-Day....

I am considering shooting cupid.

 

I will be attending a staff meeting at 6 pm and then probably go home and get stoned.

My girlfriend is away, and even if she was here, I doubt it would be any more special than going to a restaurant for a nice meal. It's not an important holiday, I try to show her what she means to me every day.

 

i got a heart shaped baking tray so im making a heart shaped cake, i bought the icing and stuff. but i really want red food dye to dye the sponge red. but i couldnt find it
but i'll keep searching!!!!!!

Seems most people are doing something. I've never liked valentines day.

 

my least favorite holiday. some bs happens every valentine's...hiding under the bed tomorrow.

 

Don't really know what my partner and I will do for Valentine's Day yet, most likely something simple like a movie and some beach time if the sun is right. Our 5 year anniversary is coming up on Feb 26th so we will probably pull out the big guns then... possibly a visit to Key West.

 

17 years alone? That's a lot... You still have a fair way to go catch up to me though.

 

I went to Victoria Secret last weekend to buy some sexy undies...but the ones I found were about $50 so I quickly threw that idea out the window and figured the sexiest undies would be no undies

i can prove that commercial holidays exist..

 

We stay in with beer most nights, so this will be no different. To me celebrating it would be to do something you don't do every other night.
