Hello I have recently heard about wicca and am interested to learn more. Does anyone know of any good internet links or books? I am curious what the basic beliefs of the faith are and if they have a book that can be considered their bible.

Wiccans have no Bible. Preferably you would learn orally and through experience, and record that information in a journal called your Book of Shadows.
A lot of people say Wicca is initiatory-someone has to bring you into Wicca, you can't just become Wiccan. I don't agree, but it isn't my religion so it isn't my place.
The best thing for you to read if you don't know other wiccans is anything by Scott Cunningham. Or Gerald Gardner. I personally avoid Stargawk and Silver Ravenwolf. Plenty of books should be available at your local library concerning Wicca, witchcraft and Paganism.
    Hope that helps!!

    Hi!
I realize I'm quite a bit late to reply, but I stumbled upon Wicca just recently while doing a history report...
I've spent the past year and a half having no religion, though I do go to Catholic church because my parents make me... I'm thinking of converting to Wicca, but I'm still learning more about it before I decide (quite frankly, I've gotten used to not having any religion, and kind of like it...lol)
    But I'm reading this:

If any Wiccans here have any info to share, it'd be much appreciated! :)

I noticed this thread is pretty old but, eh, why not. I personally am a Wiccan and no we don't have a bible, all of our beliefs are invested purely from the materials and knowledge that we wish to include in our own systems.

Personally I'm a solitary practitioner and wasn't initiated in a coven. It's also wise to look up books about paganism. Worldlove pretty much hit the nail on the head, Gerald Gardner and Scott Cunningham are among the best authors. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me.

Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner is one of the best you can get for a beginner or someone just interested in my opinion and many other people I've met as well. It's by Scott Cunningham.
He also has a follow up book to it called, Living Wicca: A Further Guide For the Solitary Practicioner. Both are great.

I concur, Scott Cunningham is a good start to initiate you to the solitary practice of Wicca. I recommend Living Wicca (basic and further guide) and Wicca for beginners, those books are great and helped me a lot when I was making my first steps. Good luck!
