Lil Wayne and Eminem are not the only rap artists on the lineup. I'd say the rap choices are solid this year.

I've always liked seeing rap on the farm, Cypress hill, and Kanye being the standouts for me.

Most people were not patient enough to see Kanye, and thats what makes it special. It was the smallest headliner crowd I've ever seen, and the only headliner I've ever seen during sunrise.
The funny part was I was the only one in my roo posse that didn't want to see Kanye, and I ended up being the only one who did see him.

For me, rap at roo is less about the music, and more about the atmosphere and the experience.

im always amazed by the increasingly retarded slew of 'musicians' Bonnaroo books. If you buy tickets to bonnarroo this year just know that most of your money is going to eminem and lil wayne and wiz kalifa. ive never heard of the headliner arcade fire.. but judging solely by their band name they are talentless.

i dont know the story behind MMW's absence from the lineup but i am glad they will no longer be associated with this sad excuse for a fest

Arcade Fire is anything but talentless and has headlined many major festivals... Other than that though, I agree with you. Seriously disappointed in the Roo's line-up this year and have completely decided against going. Nice to see Scissor Sisters and Mumford & Sons on their line-up... but Mumford & Sons are also playing at Wakarusa, which looks like the superior choice.
