Raymond Davis, the American "diplomat" being held by Pakistan for murder, is a CIA agent. John Kerry went to Pakistan to secure his release, but failed. Now that it is confirmed that he is a CIA agent, the case becomes even more of a flash point between the US and Pakistan.

The Obama Administration has had a NEWS BLACKOUT on the fact that Raymond Davis is a CIA agent, fearing it would jeopardize his release. So news is still being censored in the USA. And the US is this day criticizing other countries for censoring the news!

Fortunately the Guardian can release this info as Obama has no authority in the UK to censor.

Whoever their holding should be exchanged for his boss, who should be tried.

Lets be honest, he's probably guilty. But cut the head off the snake man.
