I'm currently going to troy and I am really trying to transfer to a bigger a nicer university like Auburn or something. But I still can't decide on a major. Can I still just go through college and get a four-year degree without ever having chose a major. I really don't know what I wanna do when i get older.

If there is a diploma like this, What kinda diploma is it??

I don't think that that is possible.
You can get your gen eds out of the way...
Well...I suppose you can take random classes for four years, but you won't get a degree.

no, you need a major but you can wait until you sophomore year or even early junior year to declare.

there may be schools where you can, but it is not gonna be commonly found at a lot of schools.

if you just keep taking classes until you've got your general ed. requirements and then something like 65 credits in a particular department then you've got a degree. however, im pretty sure youll have to follow a path towards a major because most schools require so many 400 level courses and you have to take 300s to get there and 200s to get there... so yeah, you have to know whats up.

you wont just stumble upon a degree by taking random classes

i would suggest taking a break from school until you get a more solid plan because although it is more fun to just take whatever classes seem cool at the time in the log run you will prolly wish u had focused on one thing more... job market is rough

The most general degree we have here at Ole Miss is the Liberal Arts degree. It requires 3 minors instead of the usual 1 major and 1 minor.

Leisure studies, liberal arts... My school has an "experiential" major. You can also create your own as long as you make up criteria and a goal to achieve by the end of 4 years.

You have to have a major by your sophmore year, but as someone else said, you can get your gen ed rewuirements out of the way now. That will take up half of your time pursuing a bachelor's, which sucks, but it buys you some time to decide what you do want.
