@inthydreams: That 'hardcore' song you posted earlier is basically gabber. I'm cool with Trip Hop and other forms of dub music for the electronica reggae vibe, I've heard a few songs here and there from Dubstep that are alright but nothing that's really made me desire to get into the genre. I've seen a few djs spin it at raves and clubs now and I've always preferred the other music that was played during the night.

wow I can't believe nobody said a word about Eskmo!!! It's the most phsychadelic electronic music possibly concievable. I would highly recommend a 30-minute mix called Colorbrain to start off. His self-titled album on the other hand will provide quite an intense experience. I personally have only enjoyed this music while on LSD but I'm sure would be savvy with ne other physchadelic.

the track is on that mix at 3:00 but a lot of this stuff i kinda dig. never tripped to it, but could see myself enjoying it simply because of the way it tickles the brainlobes

i tripped with flying lotus playing, that was pretty enjoyable to say the least

Mr. Liberty, Eskmo is pretty freaking cool. His stuff sounds like the slow ambient version of dubstep. He has the most unique style. Does it not get a little annoying though that every single song he does, its a kick snare pattern through the whole song, and his snare is always a gear cranking? So every single song he has sounds like the cranking gears inside his head, which is kind of cool, but kind of takes away from the flow of the music.

Ps. Have any of you played DDR? and has anyone played DDR tripping?

 

I've played guitar hero and it was sweet. What's crazy about guitar hero is that since you have to keep track of the time of the song it really makes time feel like it's going by slowly.

 

Ive played guitar hero and an actual guitar while tripping. I have to say contrary to what many kids today may think the latter is truly amazing while tripping, but guitar hero can be fun too.
