I would like to know if there are age restrictions when buying drugs found in a pharmacy, nothing major, just stuff like robitussin (for dxm) I'm 16, and yes i have done dxm befour, a few times haha, but everytime I've bought it, it was from this really crappy local gas station that didnt really care, but i bought the only 3 bottles they had a month ago, and it looks like they arnt stocking up.. lol, so i was going to head into this local pharmacy just right down the street from me, beside the hospital, so i was wondering if i went in there, could they stop be from buying it?
Also, do a lot of pharmacists know about dxm abuse? like if i went in there and just bought a bottle of cough syrup (gels) would they know? not that i really care.. if its legal, its none of there business.. haha! but, i do usually buy some other stuff like candy as well, just to make it look less obvious lol

PS - I live in Canada, i dont know if the laws are different here, in British Columbia, Canada, and im 16 like ive said earlier.

Saying "haha lol hahahaha loffllllllololol rofflhahahaha" between every word doesn't help you or your question, it just makes your post annoying to read. YOU ARE NOT LAUGHING, STOP TELLING US YOU ARE.

Of course they know about it. Every kid they see buy an armload of cough meds is one kid closer to tighter DXM restrictions. How about don't be an idiot. Dab tabasco in your nose, walk in, buy a bottle of dex with no APAP, and a bottle of tylenol.... how hard is that? If you do it again, do it while someone else is working.

How is Canada doing? I havn't been there in a few years and I'm considering it for a new home, but I have doubts that the job market is any better a couple hundred miles north of my home...

I actually have know clue! hahaha :D I'm only 16, are you talking about the economy and stuff? I've never had a job, but I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it looks the same here as it always has.. we talked about it a bit in school, I dont think BC was effected at all, other provinces maybe, but if you move to canada, come to BC, best province!:2thumbsup:

There aren't any age restrictions here either, not legally anyway. But with many stores you have to be 18 to buy DXM-containing products. Just store policy, not law. It seems most cashiers personally don't really know about it though. Whenever I buy DXM and they scan it, you can hear this sound coming from the computer, and that's the sound of a prompt asking them to verify your age. More often than not, they look pretty confused as to why that prompt is there. I've been getting carded for it a lot more often than I used to, and sometimes they actually enter your DOB.

So it really just depends on the store you try to buy it from. Odds are the person behind the counter won't know shit. But if the store wants to restrict DXM, they will.

That's a store policy, and possibly deal with the local PD (I've heard some stories from the old timers in my town, they used to have that sort of shit going on. Then they catch you walking down the street, detain you, check in the bag, and go "Ahh, drugs... son, you planning to get high off of this?" and if you say yes, it's technically illegal... technically, you can't intentionally consume over a certain number of mg's of DXM at a time, as I understand it.)

Find a better store, how many you buy is none of their fucking business and if they invade your space like that, they don't need or want your business that badly.

Also, could you please reiterate those last two.... "words"? Not sure I understand what you where trying to say :p
