the cheap click-wheel lighter that ive been using ran out recently, so today i bought a zippo at an army store...problem is, right after i bought it i heard from someone that zippos suck ass for using with a piece(which is what id be using it for) and add a really bad flavor to the smoke. is this true? thanks everyone.

it leaks out lighter fluid all the time so, when u smoke with it it coats your weed in lighter fluid making it burn faster & taste like crap.

damn, for 14 dollars you could get like, 56 bic's. Sell it to a wasted mother at a party or something youll be able to get like what 50 bucks for it? lol probably not.

Zippos are shitty for bowls. Honestly, I think bics are the best b/c they're cheap, consistent, and they last forever.

    Stic with bic.

Zippos are cool for doing party tricks with, though. Look on the web, there are a bunch of things to do with them. It's not a total loss.

well, i want a zippo just as an investment. i never throw thigns out if i can see a purpose for them somewhere.

a zippo is good because it is easily refillable, and the flame works great in windy conditions.

dont ask US if its bad. now youve got a bias view (though it may be correct). it changes the flavour a bit. but you should just taste it yourself to see if you care, or even like it. i could care less when ive used them. i mean, the bong smells worse itself.

It's hard to light a bowl with a zippo, you have to hold the lighter in an akward way and it does make it taste like shit.
You have two options, 1 is selling it, the other is learning some ultra-cool zippo tricks and use those to get pussy.
I'd go with 2, but that's just me.

thanks everyone for the info. i actually just found this lighter i bought that i completely forgot about, its one where you just press a button and the flame comes out, changes colors too:H. looks like it'll work great for smoking a bowl. ehh, i'll just keep the zippo for candle and incense lighting.

    happy toking everyone.
