Take a look at this fascinating group of images of rock icons from the 60s to the 80s and compare how they used to look to how they appear now. IMO, Blondie and Stevie Nicks look the best (thanks to plastic surgeons no doubt). They seem to have nearly everyone in this list. I couldn't even make it thru the whole thing... http://www.nbcbayarea.com/entertainment/music/NATLRock-Stars-Then-and-Now-97329329.html
seeing mick now makes me feel better about how my own looks arent what they used to be...his face is way more ''falling''..mine is still kinda intact

It's funny, you'd think that by the amount of drugs some of these people have done in their lives that they would look a lot worse than they do.
That some of them are still living is a bonus. Some of those pictures are decades apart, so it is not really surprising to see a big change in appearances.
I tried listening to rap for a while...that didn't work out. It got repetitive and old. However classic rock just will never get old.
whoa its weird to see Grace Slick looking like someone's sweet old grandmother. I didn't realize how how hot Ozzy was when he was younger, I'm so used to seeing him as he is now. Billy Idol's aged pretty well, I gotta say. Debbie Harry has obviously had copious amounts of plastic surgery. James Hetfield hasn't really aged at all. Neither has Bon Jovi. mmm i didn't realize bruce springsteen was so sexy as a youngster either... i think thats all the commentary I have.. I wish they would have featured Jimmy Page. I really like the way he has aged; he was a sexy sexy young man but I think he is the epitomy of aging gracefully.
Many rock idols back from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s are still on stage. Some have retired from music and live a peaceful life now. Of course, they all have gone through many things and changed a lot. Take a look at famous stars then and now after the jump. Michael Philip Jagger, The Rolling Stones
I can't believe how great some of them look! A few of them need to realize that the hairstyles in the 80s should stay in the 80s though
David Lee Roth still looks pretty cool and Charlie Watts is one of the efw who've aged gracefully, rather than trying to look 20 forever.
whoa! Grace Slick is a sweet old grandma! whoa... peace Delfynasa mind will remain boggled for some time
