i'm about to trip and i have a bottle of vicks 44 something nasal congestion and its 6 fl oz and it contain dxm and Phenylephrine as active ingredients, if i chugged it would i be tripping?

Yeah, seriously. If you have anything other than Dextromethorphan as the active ingredient, then don't take it to trip. Save it for a cold. Phenylephrine is an antihistamine or decongestant and will make you feel like shit if you take too much.

Most DXM-only syrup preparations have more DXM per volume anyway. What you bought was 20mg per 15ml (1.33 mg/ml). Most DXM-only ones I've seen are 15mg/5ml (3 mg/ml).
I would NOT take that. I once overdosed on phenylephrine and was very close to having to go to the hospital. I got the worst headache of my life, and I felt a VERY tense pressure in my upper chest. I had to make myself throw up the pills in order to save myself. This also happened to be the worst tasting thing in my life. The half-dissolved pills came out like white, REALLY bitter macaroni.
