Mr. BUSEY: …when I was in the first grade, I saw a movie called "Samson and Delilah," the Cecil B. DeMille film, and when it was over, I said to my mother, "Where do all the people go?" And she said, "They go out, and another audience comes in to see the picture show." And I said, "No, not those people, the people up there." She said, "You mean the people in the picture show?" And I said, "Yes." She said, "Well, they go off and they do another picture show, and so we'll come and see it." And I said, "That's what I want to do." And she said, "You want to be in the picture show?" And I said, "No, I want to tell stories with light."
Yeah, he's fucked up these days but it's no accident that his troubles began shortly after his motorcycle accident - no pun intended And he still delivered one of the greatest lines in film "the lions, tigers, the bears, oh my" :2thumbsup: Hotwater
it was his own voice in the oscar winning movie "the Buddy Holly story"...he sang all the songs himself
Even as he has gone through crazy stages, I've always been very fond of Gary Busey. If I didn't know better...I'd think I might have gone out with him.
Have y'all seen Gary Busey's daughter's YouTube channel? She even lifts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2v54q27wGQ
i've heard of the name actually, but none of his work comes immediately to mind. also normal is a setting on the dryer. there's nothing 'normal' about there being any other such thing. humans have really conned themselves to imagine there is.
yeah, as far as i can tell he's one of those people who's basically famous for being famous. he makes a cameo appearance here and there, and people get excited because crazy gary busey's in something, but i have no idea why this one crazy guy is a star and most crazy guys are living with their parents if they're lucky.
he's mostly famous for his Buddy Holly movie role but he does have an extensive filmography and many tv appearances https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Busey
