How common is it to miss a period on the 1st month of using birth control pills if taken all correctly...?

I can't give you a percentage but you shouldn't be surprised if several things (skin, moods, appetite, periods) are out of whack for the first few months on the pill.

You could always take pregnancy test if you're worried.
    How late are you?

It's prolly nothing, just your body getting use to the extra hormones.

Thats not the only thing going out of wack on birth control, you will be unbalancing your whole entire endocrine system and that messes with your entire functioning of the body.
So thats a bad sign of whats to come(missed periods) , i dont know anyone thats been on birth control and had good things happen. maybe convenient for a little while before it starts to mess your body up hardcore, it affects people different tho.
