I haven't been smoking for too long, but I noticed that everytime I do, legs start twitching really bad. I don't think its annoying, I just wondered why. But it was kind of awkward the first time I got properly high I was just sitting there trying to downplay my twitching legs because I didn't want my friends to think I was dying.
Sometimes when I get really high I get full body shivers.. sort of like being really cold except I'm usually warm and fuzzy when they happen (though they do get worse when I am really cold). I have no idea what causes it, but I can assure you that you are not dying.

That happens to me when I get anxious. I realize that I'm holding my legs at a certain angle instead of letting them relax, which makes the muscles twitch. Happens to my arms sometimes too. I have no idea why it's happening to you if you are relaxed. But you said it was kinda awkward so maybe you were tense?
Naw, my head was in a really good place. I read somewhere that it happens to new smokers and I've only been smoking since the fall so that might have something to do with it. :/
i think its electrical pulses built up in your muscles. when you get that relaxed the muscles have nothing to do and start releasing the pent up energy. it happens to hubby sometimes when hes falling asleep (usually startles me awake) but i dont know, im not a doctor. thats just what i think.
the feeling always distracts me from my high.the first time i experienced it was when i took my first bong rips.i spent the rest of the night glued to a couch twitching every 10 seconds haha.
Pretty much same here. These days I usually don't get bake enough for this to happen. Then because you're high you totally overthink it Just ignore it, it's normal. *edit* I think it just happens when I get unusually high. Which isn't hard because I don't build much tolerance, and I'm rather sensitive as it is. Some people would call me a pussy for being a "weed lightweight", but there just jealous that my weed lasts me freakin forever.
Happens to me everytime i smoke it doesnt bother me or anything. If i gett really stoned though they twitch soo bad it hurts the next day. Hahah but its not anything i think you should freakout about.
Whenever I get really high, like after a bong hit or something, my eyes will wiggle and I won't be able to focus them on anything. Only happens when I'm looking at the tv or computer though.
This happens to me when I get super high and then get all sketched out...which is around people. Sometimes my legs will feel pretty uneasy (twitchy) but they often will make random jumps with little bits of anxiety. This is why I like keep smoking to myself. Something changed with my highs. Especially when I'm SUPER high.
