Does anyone see split-second "trails" all the time kinda like how you see when you're tripping? I don't remember seeing trails all the time before I took psychedelics.. or maybe my vision is just fucked up..

Yes. Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder. (HPPD) Its more humbling than anything in my opinion. Any avid psychedelic user may experience it. Not really considered tripping whatsoever. But for sure noticable.
I definitely noticed trails more after I had done LSD about 5 times. Most noticeably when people move their hands when they're talking or when I watch cars going past in front of me. It's a consistent visual.
Yeah, that's what happens to me. I can notice it really well when I move my hand in front of my eyes. This one guy I knew said he had it really bad where he would be driving and he would see a street light and drive past it and would still see the colors from the light even though the light wasn't there anymore
Is it bad enough to not be worth it? I have done it three times, and I notice I stare at stuff a lot more, but I don't notice anything different. But should I stop doing acid for this reason? Id this super permanent, or will it go away in a few years?
I think it is a bit different for everyone. I was had a source for 2ce once and I started getting it a bit from that which freaked me out a bit because I didn't know what it was at the time. I haven't really got it from acid as much though. It goes away after a while if you don't have anything.
sometimes when i'm staring at the blinds on a window they start to become really wavy. kinda like the spoon scene in the matrix... there is no spoon.
i notice if im stoned and looking at any kind of large pattern ( blinds, wall paper, brick wall) it will start to move a little like wavy allmost. i know exactly what your talking about!:2thumbsup:
Yea I've had sober tracers for a while now. Mine started after I popped a few too many x one night though. But when i get super stoned I can see patterns and stuff move like when I'm on acid. Its not really anything I would consider a huge problem, just something to be aware of.
Yep I had it for years...... after giving up drugs, i went to teacher training college and was also have consistenct distorted perception, as if tripping.... I also developed extreme symptoms of schizophrenia, though this might have been due to underlying problems. Too much acid and shrooms. Probably
i love my little hallucinations because they usually happen when im around people i dont want to be around and it kinda puts me out of myself and reality when i am focused really hard on it
things in my peripheral often tend to morph, especially cars. Ill be walking in a parking lot, cars look like they're coming towards me. and there's the occasional breathing wall and breathing floor.
I see trails like crazy. I have issues driving at night in heavy traffic areas for that reason. All I see are trails coming off headlights, tail lights, red lights...shit gets pretty crazy.
I think some people get that without having done psychedelics though. My mother can't drive at night for that reason, but it has nothing to do with psyches, just failing vision.
This just started after my last mushroom trip. I've always had pretty horrible night vision, its nothing like that.
