I think I've grown old too early

the irony is Blackberry's are often associated with older people, there's nothing really hip about them.

But Hemmingway, that's just a complete and total failure of culture/education

I mean I don't particularly like Hemmingway(I can't stand his novels, A Farewell to Arms was so bad our class actually revolted against finishing it so at least I know it's not just me, I do like his short stories though.) but I freakin know who he is.

 

That was exactly my first thought and my exact words were, "What the hell did they teach you in school?"


Right after the words left my mouth is when I realised I was being old manish.

I don't like Hemingway all that much either, but I do appreciate what he contributed to writing, the style he brought forth.

Yeah I've considered it. I do always sleep like a baby, when I sleep on the floor, but I'd probably wake up every morning to my dog licking my face. haha I don't want the first thing I smell everyday to be my dog's morning breath. lol That shit smells raunchy:tongue:

 

I slept well when I slept on the floor as well. I wonder why that is.

Sleeping on the floor allows your spine to align in a natural position, hence your back is not strained from sleeping. Try a yoga mat on the floor, makes for a great sleep.

 

So sleeping on the floor is good for the back? I always slept well but I'd occasionally wake up with sore ribs if I had slept on my stomach or side, which I tend to do quite often.

 

It actually is good for your back. The problem with sleeping in beds is that we tend to sleep with our spines curved, especially stomach sleepers. Sleeping on the floor means that your spine stays in a natural position, on a mattress the mattress compresses and your spine changes natural positioning with it.

Eh I slept on the floor for a couple years, I remember when I saw a spider or bug in the house it would freak me out to go to bed that night. If you have a super clean house I guess it would be good but I don't plan to sleep on the floor again anytime soon.

Some bugs can probably get on a bed but it was a mental thing.
