I've been watching several of these videos recently. Very very fucking impressive. Some of them look like video games due to the speeds driving past buildings and people. Makes me want to play Gran Turismo. This video so far is my favorite since it shows the RPM, what gear he is in, the throttle and such. Impressive that he shifts through four gears all at 16x rpm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8XSF2r-Czk&feature=related"]YouTube - Sebastian Vettel Onboard Lap Hockenheimring / Germany 2010 This video the first lap is just warmup, then it really starts. Notice how fast the people on the side disappear? https://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=UYV6NAbAYfA&vq=medium I can only imagine what these racers think about public driving.
Cool video, and yeah....that shit would be insanely fun. I like watching rally racing too, or at least I used to. The driver and the passenger have to work together; the passenger has to make sure the driver knows the angle of the next curve so he knows how fast to take the curve and how he needs to shift. I've seen several ghost rider clips. I also heard that the original guy who looks like that in most of of those videos died a few years ago. Not sure tough.
