This sysytem looks pretty sweet and isn't a bad price! For the price compared to other hydro systems it might be worth buying to try out. Opinions?
this looks like it might work well but it might also be a little more complex than it's worth putting up with. you could probably get the same result with 1 or 2 sotrage totes in the 80-150L range. put at least 3 4" air stones in each tote, cut holes in the lid to fit in as many net pots as u like (2-6 works best) and an extra hole to get at the watter. then fill untill the watter is at least 4" from the bottom of the net pots. you may have to run watter over the plants in the net pots, at leats once a day to keep the clay and roots moist until the roots get into the watter. all this is going to cost you like 50-100$ depending on the quality of air pump you buy. later once you have more money buy a watter pump to run watter over the net pots 3 times a day for you!
I used to have a settup like this, the only differnce was I used coco for medium instead of the hydroton they're using. The system works fine either way though:>)
