Are this magic mushrooms ??

Hi... im new in the forum... and i noticed there were growing shrooms in my yard... i just wanna know if these are magic or poisonous or edible ... i found these in a rotten tree... and if you can tell me what specie is this... i'm from tabasco mexico... where the weather is wet and tropical... here the images:

i highly doubt it, shrooms dont normally grow in your yard.

those are capensis...will kill you in a second...used to be called fairy rings....
