matt, can we have some sources? I'd like to see that, on the murder, sounds like bullshit to me.... About thinking it's 2c-b, if it's true I assume it's because the guy said "it's kinda like 2c-b" or something like that. Wellllllll if it was safely packaged and sold and everyone knew what to expect, they wouldn't need to say "LIKE" 2c-b, they could say 2c-e.

guerilla, I know what you're saying, but you can't cure stupid with laws. You can TRY with education.

These ARE new chemicals, and there ARE risks associated with taking drugs, but this incident doesn't change my view of this chemical at all, if you have half a brain it's a long shot from a reasonable dose to THIS.

*edit* from one of the news stories in the posts above:

"Fenner confirmed someone at the party called 911 and that when officers arrived, the victims they observed showed signs of euphoria as well as being under the influence of a substance that was causing them to hallucinate."

Doesn't sound like they where ODing. OD on anything tends to be heavily dysphoric. Sounds like the one kid fucked up, and they sedated everyone else and tied them to gurneys, and pulled the plug on the one kid after like 24 hours of being unconscious. I know a FEW people who have been in comas weeks and come back. Sounds like they saw a political ball and ran with it, which involved violating numerous peoples rights and lieing to the world about their conditions, and KILLED a kid to further their political motive.

Also, they say they may have thought it was 2c-b, but only because it's scheduled and better known. They don't cite any REASON for this.

But that's just me being a nutjob.

well this happened like 10 miles from me, and this friend who was friends with him talked to some people from there about it and thats what she told me.

And it was just on the news like a half hour ago where they said they arrested the guy for 3rd degree murder, so Im sure the articles will get updated with it

you seem to be getting way off topic.

to be perfectly frank, i'm on 44 mg of 2cb right now, so i'm probably not at my best ...uh....brain capacity?

but if someone dies from water toxicity, you don't get mad at them for bringing attention to the water scene and possibly making the government ban water....you're still pissed at the GOVERNMENT so let's not forget that

    You're right.

I am pissed at the government, but I'm also pissed at the people who enable the government. Or rather, pissed at the government for setting up their pawns before knocking them down, and then showing us all their dead pawns.

Life's not fair, so I fight to make it fair. Some hedonistic douchebags just try to have as much fun as they can as fast as they can, and FUCK everyone else and the consequences it will have on them.

I suppose I'm not really that mad at any of these people, I'm angry at the government and the media. I'm angry about what they will do with this, how they will do the exact OPPOSITE of what needs to be done to keep this kind of thing from happening, and they will know full well it will create more problems, which they will keep fighting with more fire. And everyone knows this, there's a sick satisfaction they get from this chain reaction system, that lets them be more and more brutal and totalitarian in response to people rebelling against brutal totalitarianism.

I do, of course, actually feel bad that this kid died, and worse that it's only because of evil profiteers. I'm angry because there's no reason for him to have died OTHER than the current prohibition system, and that in response to the system failing, it gets worse and worse, using it's very own, obvious failings as the excuses to get worse.

Arrested for murder for selling drugs? I'm waiting to read about it, it won't stand if he has ANY kind of lawyer, it's not EVEN manslaughter by any means, but the point is to show that they're tough on crime and drugs and that if uncle sam catches you with your fingers in his pie, you're surely going to die. Everyone will forget long before he goes to trial, the point is what he's charged with.

"only one molecule apart" ... what the fuck? Any two molecules are "one molecule apart" cause they are different molecules. Analogues are two different molecules that sometimes differ by only one ATOM. What the fuck are these people talking about and shouldn't they be more intelligent if they're going to write news articles?

CH3-CH2- is a molecule. She really should have said functional group but that's not in the common public knowledge.

^^^it's not a molecule unless it's by itself, not attached to anything else.

one of those articles has a picture of a white powder and underneath says "2C-1, the drug being blamed for the overdose"
