Crazy Neighbors

Not even two months into my new move, I've come into contact with our crazy fucking neighbor. Our house is split in three apartments... We live in one, The landord lives in one, and a dancer lives in the other. Of the near two months we've lived here the dancer has pretty much not been here... leaving weeks at a time. She had introduced herself once and we exchanged hello's and welcome's and what nots.

She has been officially been back for two days or so since her last haitus... About an hour ago, while watching 30 Rock in my living room, I hear her banging on the landlord's door - I mean BANGING. I mute the show to see if I can hear whats going on. I hear the landlord answer and the crazy bitch proceeds to tell the landlord that her house has been robbed and that she is sure that it was us. I mean I've never said more than three words to this **** rag. She then proceeds to tell him that she's getting ready to knock on my door and and confront me. Of course hearing all this, I save her the time and open my door... She immidiately comes up to me like she's gonna hit me or something and starts screaming that she knows I stole her shit. Two little 19-20 year old douchebags are with her and one has the nerve to ask me if he can search my house... Yo, I have never even seen this fuck before... WTF?!?

Of course I respond with hell no. She then asks me who lives here... I tell her my and my boyfriend... then 'faggot' starts flying. At this point I'm heated I call her a bitch and one of the guys tries to come after me, my landlord attempts to tackle him but not before the little fuck kicks open my front door which is made of fucking glass. I'm cut open and this is really fucking happening.

Are you fucking kidding me?

I'm hoping the landlord kicks her out, because from what I understand she has caused a ruckus before. Who knows what will happen though, our landlord is like SUPER NICE... And I'm afraid that nothing will be done. Now I'm worrying about my safety, the safety of my things and my car, and my two children that come here everyday.

Any suggestions or witty comments to make feel better out there? I'm fucking FUMING!

 

Call the cops and press charges on the little shit for causing bodily injury and put him in jail for starters.

 

I threatened to call the cops and followed with, 'Shouldn't you have already done that since you got fuckin ROBBED.'

We just moved in here and I don't want to cause problems with the landlord by bringing cops into the picture. But yeah, your probably right. However, South Florida cops would probably show up, laugh at us both, and take us both to jail for whatever reason. My landlord kept assuring me he would take care of this, but I have doubts... I mean, seriously he seems like the NICEST guy in the WORLD... all that niceness allows people to walk all over you and obviously we are dealing with one manipulative piece of trash.

 

call cops, you make records first. The next time , which there will be a next time.. they already know your a pus and will just take a beating and not take legal action... Turn on judge judy: people get sued for less and when the party has sufficient evidence its a done deal.....

But Yah, I agree with you Djomalley, south florida cops are horrible. Honestly, they're straight pigs always have the worst experience with them. I was once at a club, and me and two of my friends steps outside for a bit... So My friend, Fenny, Mike and I are talking and just chilling when a cop comes up to us. My friend Fenny has some tats on her chest and he basically crouches over her and almost presses his entire face on her chest while poking her, asking where did she get 'em, etc.. Violating her privacy, I wanted to go all out on a rage and punch the fuck, but we knew we wouldn't get anywhere with that... Ended up doing nothing about it, and leaving her traumatized from that sick asshole.

Honestly, I'd still report the situation to the police, it's good to have it in records in case their is a next time, at least the police will have their names down and will be forced to arrest them/ or at least force them to leave. Must be really hard for you to have your kids coming by with that crazy shit going on... Wish you the best :/

 

at least report the events to the police, even if you decide not to press charges. make sure there is an official report and get a copy.

i'd probably have grabbed my golf club from behind the door and whacked that fucker in the knee for breaking my door, but that's just me.

This is a bad idea if the landlord is the one who is in charge of fixing the broken things at these apartments. Then he'd have two broken doors and two different people to be pissed at.

 

Thanks for the comments and advice guys. I didn't get much sleep last night as I slept on the couch where I could hear what went on out front in case they did something to my car. Every little sound I jumped at, so today I feel like a zombie and still can't believe everything happened. So waking up and reading your comment and being able to laugh makes me feel a lot better.

I'm still weary about filing a report with the police. The landlord has been texting my boyfriend back and forth about the incident and the text messages are saved on his phone, so at least we have some evidence. Out of the three people, I only know the first name of the person who lives here... we all share the same mailbox so maybe I'll keep checking it to see if I can get a glimpse of her last name. As far as filing a police report, do you think I would be able to go to the station or somewhere else and do it if I broke down and decided to do it? I really don't want to bring that kind of negative energy into or around this house.

 

Maybe the land lord should call them? I agree there needs to be a report to the fuzz in case she/they do anything more.

Never call the cops for any reason. They are the last people you want to involve in your life. Tell the landlord the crazy bitch has to go or you will. Follow through.

 

Wow dude. I feel yah, I have some crazy ass neighbors and have almost punched the bitch in the face several times...but I know that won't get me anywhere,lol. I'm about to move and I'm going to know on every single neighbors door to meet them before I officially make my decision, I'm so tired of living in the ghetto around trashy assholes who don't give a shit about no one but themselves and the fucking shitty ass rap music all hours of the day and night is pissing me off also. I would so report that bitch of a neighbor to the cops.

 

The cops in Miami really don't give a fuck about no one. I've called them several times and because I live in the ghetto they will never ever come to my hood. I could be getting fucking raped and I don't think they would come. My car has been keyed and I saw the lady with my own eyes do it, but the cops wouldn't come out and when I called them to complain they simply said that someone should be on their way and they hung up on me as soon as I told them what neighbor hood I live in...I can't wait to move.

 

I'm sorry to hear about the drama,live in agheto ? been livn in the city for years.,.you cant let crazy people pull you into a manic state. do not open the door for people you don't know. you just had a home invasion it could have been much worse. confront the crazy bitch logically if that dosen't work bluff her with well thought out threats of cops and any dirt you can dig up if all else fails ... get a RESTRAINING ORDER

 

May is right... The cops here basically look at it like they have more important things to do. Might sound bad, but it comes in handy when your pulled over... I've been let go with a warning here so many times I can't even count them. It's not really ghetto in my neighborhood though... I mean it's not the nicest hood in South Florida, but it's far from the worse... The landlord told me that the crazy chick wasn't like that when she first moved in, and has been on a downward spiral these last 6 months.

BTW people... I have a massive update for this thread. Crazy bitch finally got kicked out!!! No more crazy neighbor... at least for now! A couple of weeks ago she got into a huge fight with her boyfriend and his friend. They trashed her car and they trashed her house... She had called the cops, but right before they got here the two boys were threatening her life... So when the cops arrived and arrested the two guys she started flipping her script and was screaming "If they're going to jail, so should I - I'm just as guilty as them." (Mind you this was the middle of the night) The cops told her to shut up, but she just wouldn't quit and even started to attempt a windmill like move on one of the police officers so one of them literally body slammed her, cuffed her, and took her to jail. On the way to the cop car some of the cops were cracking on her and were sarcastically saying "Oh yeah, your a real 'ride or die' chick" and other little comments... Anyways, I guess the landlord had enough and kicked her out! Finally!!!
