Do you think shrooms or LSD gives you more "enlightenment".

revelations generally come when a thought is in the brain but is never able to manifest because pathways leading to it are directed away to more developed, drilled in thought pathways. Psychedelics can activate many parts of your brain at once (instead of normal focus that discards alternative pathways, rather than accumulating them), and thus where once the pathway diverged, they now converge

Both drugs will 'give' you just as much englightenment, just in the same way they wil both give you hallucinations and stuff. in other words - neitehr is better, they are just different. havnt you read the bigillion other 'which is better for something, acid or shrooms?' threads?

What does it the best is Peyote.

A large dose of either LSD or shrooms would work though.

You are not "given" enlightenment. You take the drug and you trip accordingly. One could not say "oh take LSD, it will give you enlightenment." while the same person could not define this "enlightenment" that he is speaking of obtaining.

So what is your question now? If the question is "What is enlightenment" Well I recommend you dive into the realm of psychedelics and find out that answer for yourself.

probably acid, but it depends soley on the person and the environment and state of mind he's in, not the drug as much.

    question answered.

    enlightenment.. psssh

    only perspective is ever achieved.
    and then it is lost..

and then sometime later you achieve it again.

uhm, i mean it all depends on your, your thoughts, and enviornment and expectations and all. but shrooms for me tends to be more spiritual while acid tends to be more of a fun type of thing

If you make enlightenment into a mental object to be obtained you won't ever get it :[ Enlightenment as it is, is a needless, wantless, whole-like state. LSD can help you come close, and even give you some break throughs and insights needed to be in such state, but enlightenment comes of it's own accord.

It depends but neither will 'give you enlightenment' but it will no doubt will expand your ability to know and to ask questions.
