Some friends of mine are working on a pilot for a cooking show featuring Lester Chambers, the voice of The Chambers Brothers. Lester cooked up a genuine Mississippi dinner, and asked my wife to contribute his grandmother's recipe for cornbread, which I delivered on my bicycle. We made a video of the making of the video and put it on YouTube. Lester and some of the attendees are working on a recording also, some of which is shown. One song is "Follow Your Heart," originally released in 1970 on the Sons of Champlin album of the same name, and re-recorded several times since. Legendary guitarist Terry Haggerty of The Sons wrote the song and provided the wld mushrooms for the dinner. Also in attendance is another sixties legend, bluesman Taj Mahal.
